The Pillars Awards honor creative development concepts, innovative financing strategies, great design, and superior management and marketing in the apartment and condo marketplace.

A Little Background

In 2013, Bainbridge updated its brand image with a more modern, contemporary look and wanted to reflect that online with a refreshed web presence. To thoughtfully address its diverse audiences, the company decided it would be best to split their online presence into two websites.

The company retained their corporate site —BainbridgeCompanies.com— to speak to investors, clients and potential partners and employees, and added a second site —BainbridgeApartments.com— to address current and prospective residents.

To Get Technical

BainbridgeApartments.com is integrated with both VaultWare and Property Solutions, giving visitors access to real-time pricing and availability on individual floor plans across Bainbridge’s entire portfolio. It also directly links visitors to the RealPage online leasing application for each property.

Plus, the site’s responsive framework caters the marketing message to visitors based on the device they’re using (desktop, tablet, or mobile). Even the content management system dashboard is fully responsive, allowing the Bainbridge marketing team to maintain the site from virtually anywhere.

 Making the Apartment Search Easier

The search function on BainbridgeApartments.com allows visitors to find a home across Bainbridge’s entire portfolio (about 15,500 apartments) or to narrow their search by state, city, and even neighborhood.

Prospects are able to browse high-resolution photo galleries on individual property pages, schedule tours of communities directly from the website, and reserve units through a RealPage application.

Pleasing to the Eye

We used custom imagery, a custom font treatment and color palette to create a unified brand experience across the company’s web properties and offline collateral.

BainbridgeApartments.com is regularly one of the top five lead sources for the company’s individual property websites, according to Bainbridge. The site is also responsible for tremendous improvement in their organic search.

Since launching in August 2013, traffic to the new BainbridgeApartments.com has increased by more than 2,100%, with 55% of traffic coming from organic search, according to website traffic data collected via Google Analytics.
