Meet and Greet with 30 Lines: NMHC OPTECH and Multifamilypro Brainstorming Sessions
30 Lines is hitting the road for a busy week ahead and, of course, you’re with the band.
Mike Whaling, President of 30 Lines, will be in attendance at the 2018 NMHC OPTECH Conference & Exposition in Orlando, Florida. The conference is scheduled to take place Nov. 14-16; however, Mike will be moderating the panel “Agile Automation: How to Make Marketing Automation Thrive in a High-Touch, Customer-Centric Industry” on Thursday, Nov. 15 at 2:45 p.m. EST.
What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas – except when it comes to innovative solutions to move the multifamily industry forward. 30 Lines’ Kristi Fickert, Vice President of Marketing and Training, and Ashley Albertson, Marketing Manager, are heading to Las Vegas, Nevada for Multifamilypro’s Brainstorming Sessions, which is slated for Nov. 13-16. Kristi will be hosting a brainstorming session on “Voice Control for Leasing, Marketing, and Management” on Thursday, Nov. 15 at 10:30 a.m. PST.
Attending? Let’s Connect!
We know, schedules fill up fast, especially at rockstar events like OPTECH and Brainstorming. If you’ll be in attendance, let’s connect. Even if it’s as simple as grabbing a cup of coffee between sessions, we’d certainly enjoy the chance to meet, greet, and share ideas – our treat.
We’d also love to see you in the audience.
As you can probably tell, our 30 Lines team loves keeping up with the latest trends in apartment marketing. Both OPTECH and brainstorming offer the perfect opportunity for us to not only nerd out on knowledge but also contribute our own thoughts and findings to the overall conversation.
Agile Automation: How to Make Marketing Automation Thrive in a High-Touch, Customer-Centric Industry
Mike’s session at OPTECH will feature a thought-provoking panel comprised of Christopher Beckwith-Taylor (Vice President of Marketing, The Franklin Johnston Group), Leigh Sublett (Demand Generation Manager, Venterra Realty), and Ashley Yax (Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Village Green).
Full session description: Guiding a future resident through the sales funnel requires time and financial resources and relationship building remains a central component of this process. These things will not change. What will change, however, are the tools used. Marketing response solutions – email autoresponders, interactive chatbots, texting campaigns. self-showings and more can instantly engage renters at every stage of their search. AI and automation can reduce your marketing spend, give your customers an exemplary first impression and provide your leasing team with more information. The case studies shared will demonstrate marketing response systems that are absolutely agile, without losing the personalized, customer-centric approach our industry was built upon.
Don’t miss your chance to see this panel on stage at OPTECH on Thursday, Nov. 15 at 2:45 p.m. EST.
Voice Control for Leasing, Marketing, and Management
Okay, Google. Can you tell me more about what topic Kristi will be brainstorming with fellow apartment marketing masterminds in Vegas?
Full session description: Amazon’s runaway success, Alexa, is now available for businesses. According to their website, Alexa can:
- Help you at your desk
- Simplify conference rooms
- Help around the office
- Add voice to your apartments and services
- Rank your apartments.
Is that good or bad? Voice-controlled devices became popular at home in recent years, will they become popular at work in 2019? Voice-controlled devices are great for helping with self-service and connected back-end bots, so they may have positive applications in our communities. Learn how apartment communities can use voice tools to lease, market, and manage. These devices can be “always listening”, which may raise privacy concerns in the workplace that might have been less concerning in the home. What do we need to keep an eye on?
Join us and walk away with your own set of tools at Multifamilypro’s Brainstorming Sessions on Thursday, Nov. 15 at 10:30 a.m. PST.
