Scope

What This Covers

This Policy applies to 30lines.com and its subdomains. It is part of our Privacy Policy.

See the sections below for what we collect and how to manage your preferences.

What Is a Cookie

This Cookie Policy explains how 30 Lines LLC (“30 Lines,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on 30lines.com and any subdomains thereof (the “Site”). This Policy is part of our Privacy Policy. If you have questions, see the Contact Us section below.

A cookie is a small piece of data that a website stores on your device when you visit. Cookies allow websites to recognize your browser on return visits, remember your preferences, and understand how you use the site. Cookies set by the website you’re visiting are called first-party cookies. Cookies set by other companies are called third-party cookies.

Types of Cookies We Use

Strictly Necessary Cookies. These cookies are required for the Site to function and cannot be disabled in our systems. You can set your browser to block them, but some parts of the Site may not work as a result. We do not use these cookies to collect personal information.

Performance Cookies. These cookies collect anonymized, aggregated information about how visitors use the Site — such as which pages are visited most often and how visitors navigate between pages. We use this information to improve the Site. These cookies do not identify you personally. We use performance cookies on our Site, including those set by Google Analytics 4, to collect anonymized, aggregated data about how visitors navigate and interact with the Site.

Functionality Cookies. These cookies allow the Site to remember choices you make and provide a more personalized experience, such as remembering your consent preferences. We use functionality cookies on our Site, including cookies that remember your consent preferences as set through our consent management platform.

Advertising Cookies. We use advertising and retargeting cookies to serve targeted advertisements to visitors on other websites and platforms after they have visited the Site. These cookies are set by third-party advertising platforms through our Google Tag Manager container.

We use the following advertising pixels:

  • Google Ads. We use Google Ads remarketing tags to serve ads to past Site visitors across Google’s advertising network. For more information or to opt out, visit Google’s ad settings.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag. We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to track conversions from LinkedIn campaigns and to enable retargeting to Site visitors on LinkedIn. For more information or to opt out, visit LinkedIn’s Ad Settings.
  • Meta Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and to enable retargeting to Site visitors on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. For more information or to opt out, visit Meta’s Ad Preferences.

Third-Party Services

We use HubSpot for CRM, marketing analytics, and form tracking. HubSpot’s tracking code is active on the Site and sets cookies to collect information including pages viewed, referral source, and form submissions. For details, see HubSpot’s Cookie Policy.

We use Google Tag Manager to deploy and manage tracking tags on the Site. Google Tag Manager itself does not collect personal data, but it loads other scripts, including Google Analytics 4, that may set cookies or collect usage data. For more information, see Google’s Privacy Policy.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze Site traffic and visitor behavior. GA4 collects information including pages viewed, session duration, traffic source, and device type using cookies and similar technologies. This data is aggregated and used to improve the Site. We have enabled Google Signals, which means Google may associate Site visitor data with signed-in Google accounts for advertising measurement and audience features. California residents may opt out of this by enabling the Global Privacy Control signal in their browser or by contacting us at legal@30lines.com. For more information, see Google’s Privacy Policy.

Managing Your Cookie Preferences

We use GetTerms as our consent management platform. When you first visit the Site, GetTerms displays a cookie consent banner that gives you the option to accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can review or change your preferences at any time by clicking “Cookie Preferences” in the Site footer or by contacting us at legal@30lines.com.

You may also manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect some Site functionality.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

The Site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals. We engage in cross-context behavioral advertising through Google Signals and advertising pixels from Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta. Because of this, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an obligation under applicable law. When a visitor arrives at the Site with a GPC signal enabled in their browser, advertising pixels will not be activated and Google Signals audience features will be suppressed for that visit. California residents may also opt out by contacting us at legal@30lines.com.

We will reassess this position if our data collection practices change.

California Residents

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect through cookies, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

We do not sell personal information, but we do share certain visitor data with Google, LinkedIn, and Meta through advertising pixels and Google Signals for advertising measurement and retargeting purposes.

California residents have the right to opt out of this sharing by enabling the Global Privacy Control signal in their browser or by contacting us at legal@30lines.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or applicable law. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. For material changes, such as adding advertising or retargeting cookies, we will update the consent banner before any new cookies are set.

Governing Law

This Cookie Consent Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
