We want everyone – Managers, Leasing Consultants, Maintenance Staff, Regionals, Support Staff, etc. – to have the opportunity to level up and look their best as they work hard to progress their career in the multifamily industry.

All photos will be yours after the event. Use them on your social profiles, websites, and even in “meet the team” emails. And the best part? You do not have to be a 30 lines client to get a headshot.

Reserve your spot below, then visit the 30 Lines booth (L5) at the CAA Expo on April 17 to have your photo taken.

Nervous? Don’t Be.

Here are 5 tips our awesome photographer, Mark Pasternack, recommends for preparing for your headshot.

Be your authentic self.

This is the most obvious one but the hardest to master. You want this to represent who YOU are, not someone you are trying to be.

Not one of those fake, cheesy smiles but an authentic smile. Think of a time in your life that made you really happy or made you literally laugh out loud. Then, you can’t help but smile!

Wear solid colors.

This will keep the focus remaining on YOU. Stripes, designs, or other busy patterns will distract the viewer.

Angle your body roughly 45 degrees.

This will give you that slim look you’ve been waiting for! But really, everyone asks about the camera that sheds 10 pounds. It’s not the camera; it’s the angle.

Lean in.

One you are authentic, smiling, wearing solid colors, and slightly angled the last tip is to lean in. Just slightly lean your upper body towards the camera. Do you remember how you felt when you landed your first big kid job, or closed that big deal? Leaning in will convey that same confidence in your photo.
