When The Bainbridge Companies needed to update their corporate website to match their refreshed brand, they came to 30 Lines.

Building on the new brand standards, we worked with Bainbridge to create not one, but two new sites — BainbridgeCompanies.com, which now focuses on providing resources for potential investors, business partners and new recruits; and BainbridgeApartments.com, a brand new site focused on apartment search across the Bainbridge portfolio, as well as resources for current residents.

The sites are fully responsive to look great on any device, they rank well in search engines, and the content is well organized to clearly communicate the Bainbridge brand and value to all of their various audiences.

The new websites were named Best Corporate Website of 2014, receiving the Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Award from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

The Apartments site uses the Top Line Sites plugin to interface with RealPage to display floor plans and regularly-updated pricing.
