All content, imagery and media on the 30 Lines website (http://30lines.com) as well as any related properties are copyrighted by 30 Lines or are licensed through a third party. All rights are reserved.
30 Lines offers refunds within 30 days of purchase.
For your security, we do not store your credit card or payment information on our site. 30 Lines uses PayPal and Stripe to handle all product financial transactions. After your purchase has been completed and payment has been received, you will be granted access to your product downloads and your support account.
Price & Product Changes
30 Lines reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any product and any support license type without notice. Prices of all products are subject to change. Notice of price changes will be made on the http://30lines.com website.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will 30 Lines, or its suppliers or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials offered on this site, any sensitive information shared on the 30 Lines website, over email, or through any other means, even if 30 Lines or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of downloads from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that our plugins will work in all browsers, nor do we guarantee that our plugins will be functional with all versions of WordPress. We do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party themes, plugins, scripts, or applications.
You hereby indemnify 30 Lines against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of our legal advisers) incurred or suffered by us arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms and conditions.
Each purchase grants you access to the 30 Lines plugin support service, which covers help with setting up the latest version of the product and direction on how to use the latest version of the product as advertised. The support service does not cover help with theme or plugin customization beyond the advertised features (see examples of support vs customization below), nor does it cover help on sites that are heavily customized or in situations where the core plugin files have been modified. Additionally, if a bug is discovered in the 30 Lines code, we will do what we can, within reason, to repair it — however, we can offer no guarantee, nor can we commit to a timeframe for the repair. This support service is valid for 1 year from the date of your purchase, after which time your support license will expire. All support is provided via our forums; there is no live chat, phone support or email support available.

You may renew your license for extended support and product updates annually. 30 Lines will send you a reminder email, at which time you can renew. You can also renew at any time by logging in to http://30lines.com.
Support Response Time
While 30 Lines attempts to reply to all support requests promptly, no response time can be guaranteed.
As per the Limitation of Liability section, 30 Lines is not, in any way, liable for damages of any sort resulting from you sharing your website authentication credentials or any other sensitive information.
Email & Notifications
30 Lines may on occasion send you email notifications related to your support license. These transactional emails may include notification of licensing changes, changes to our terms and conditions, license expiration notices and other transactional emails related to your purchase. By purchasing 30 Lines products and support, you agree to receive these transactional emails.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and purchase, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with your account. You are responsible for notifying 30 Lines of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. 30 Lines will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
Choice Of Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in force in the state of Ohio. The offer and acceptance of this contract is deemed to have occurred in Ohio.
Forum of Dispute
You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement will be heard solely by a court of competent jurisdiction in or nearest to Columbus, Ohio. If you bring a dispute in a manner other than in accordance with this section, you agree that 30 Lines may move to have it dismissed, and that you will be responsible for our reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, and disbursements in doing so.
You agree that the unsuccessful party in any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement will be responsible for the reimbursement of the successful party’s reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, and disbursements.
30 Lines may terminate your access to all or any part of the website, support and future downloads at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. If you wish to terminate this agreement or your account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the website. All provisions of this agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
30 Lines reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this agreement. It is your responsibility to check this agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes to this agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
By using the 30 Lines website or products you agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless 30 Lines from and against any and all claims, judgments, demands, or liability for damage to persons or property of any kind or nature arising directly or indirectly out of your participation in this offering and agree the Terms & Conditions detailed on this page.
