Denver is one of the fastest growing cities in the nation, so it’s no surprise that its rental market is highly competitive. Extending RedPeak’s online presence has been crucial to helping the apartment company compete in a crowded field, and that’s exactly what they accomplished through their partnership with 30 Lines.

We worked closely with RedPeak to develop an SEO strategy that was fairly straightforward: Create a broader, more strategic presence in search. To do that, we used a potent mix of topical and keyword research, on-site and off-site content creation and restructuring, local directory listings, social media engagement, and digital advertising.

Exactly how much content? We were able to create a wide variety of fresh content both on and off the RedPeak website, including 123 blog posts, 30 keyword-targeted landing pages, and hundreds of social media posts across their brand profiles.

Traffic from organic search has become an increasingly important channel for RedPeak. Before working with 30 Lines, organic search made up 42% of all traffic going into the website. Since July 2014, organic search now drives 60.8% of traffic going into the site. Additionally, RedPeak experienced a 71.5% increase in organic traffic from search engines.

During that same period, new visitors to their website increased 64%, pages per session increased 20.2%, and the average time spent on the site increased 24.5%. Over two-thirds of all leads (67.4%) submitted through RedPeak.com can be attributed to organic searches.
